Online Banking
For your safety, our online banking system is protected by a SSL certificate and communication with your browser and the online banking system is encrypted to 128-bits. In order to use our online banking product your browser must support 128-bit encryption. To test to see if your browser is compatible, click here.

To view SSL certificate information about our online banking server:

1. Click on the "Log on to Online Banking link on the SBSH website
2. Look for the gold lock in the lower right hand corner of your browser (Internet Explorer)
   
3. Double click on the lock
4. View the information in the popup and insure that it has the name of our online banking server, www.fiservdmecom1.net

Printing
Why is my printout missing information on the right side?
Due to design issues, the normal "portrait" style of printing doesn't work correctly. To remedy this, we suggest that you print out your transactions in "landscape" mode.
